Images of Capitalism

Critical representations of the economic system

This series brings together works that examine the impact of capitalism on people, the environment, and social structures. Through photography, drawing, and art action, the pieces propose a visual reflection on the dynamics of power, exploitation, and consumption that define the current economic system.

Each work is articulated from a specific point of view: El Colgado exposes the alienation of the worker; Mr. Burns embodies corporate greed; and El Empaquetador denounces the environmental saturation produced by everyday consumption. Together, these images open a space of critique and awareness toward the invisible structures that govern us.
