This series brings together works that focus on the physical and material aspects of the environment, exploring elements that characterize contemporary experience. Each theme is selected for its meaningful presence in present-day life and for its capacity to reflect social, cultural, or technological transformations. The aim is to propose a visual reading of what defines our time—from the everyday to the structural.
The selection criteria for these elements include:
- Constant or predominant presence in urban or natural landscapes.
- Relevance within everyday experience.
- Novelty: elements specific to the present that did not exist in earlier periods.
- Symbolic potential to represent changes and tensions in the contemporary context.
