Business and contact
The shop is operated by E.G.G.S – Producciones & Art SpA, Chilean tax ID 77.973.201-0, Santiago, Chile. For questions about a purchase, email hola@eggs-studio.cl and include the SKU and, when applicable, the Mercado Pago payment number.
Price, stock and payment
Prices are stated in Chilean pesos. Visible stock is checked again when payment starts. One unit is temporarily reserved while the customer completes Checkout Pro, and a purchase is confirmed only after Mercado Pago reports the payment as approved.
Delivery in Santiago
Delivery of available products is free within Santiago and is estimated at 3–10 business days. After payment approval, EGGS-Studio contacts the buyer to confirm the recipient, address and date. If a product requires special production or preparation, its specific timing will be communicated before delivery is arranged.
Shipping outside Santiago
No immediate charge is made. The customer sends the address from the product page, and EGGS-Studio replies with the carrier, shipping cost, estimated time and final total. Payment is requested only after the customer accepts the quote.
Confirmation
Mercado Pago provides a payment receipt. EGGS-Studio will email or arrange written confirmation of the work, shipping and delivery details. Please keep these messages and the receipt.
Withdrawal, returns and delivery problems
For in-stock products purchased remotely, you may request withdrawal within 10 days after receipt by emailing EGGS-Studio. The work or publication must be returned unused and with its original elements, where applicable. Commissioned or personalized works may have specific conditions disclosed before payment. This does not limit rights and guarantees under Chilean law.
If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send photographs as soon as possible so a solution can be arranged.
Privacy
The shop uses the buyer’s name, email, phone, address, SKU and payment identifier solely to process the purchase, coordinate delivery, answer questions and comply with applicable obligations. Mercado Pago processes payments and Netlify supports operational records. EGGS-Studio does not receive full card details or sell personal information.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing hola@eggs-studio.cl. Data is kept only as long as necessary to complete the transaction and meet administrative or legal obligations.
